With a firm commitment to innovation and excellence in textile printing, GSW leads the way with DTF and textile printing solutions that are redefining the industry. With Direct-to-Film, printers can create vibrant and intricate designs directly on a special film, which acts as a transfer medium between the artwork and the fabric. This film is then applied to the textile using a combination of heat and pressure to ensure a flawless transfer, paving the way for limitless creative possibilities and sustainable production.
DTF Working Process:
Step 1: Design – using any software of your choice.
Step 2: Print – with the advanced Rasterlink 7 RIP software, adjust the printer parameters and start printing.
Step 3: Powdering – the powder shaking machine will automatically powder, dry and fix colours.
Step 4: Heat Press – using a heat press, the design can be transferred within 15 seconds.
The Move From Screen Printing to DTF
DTF presents a paradigm shift with its cutting-edge approach, streamlining production by reducing setup time and allowing for more complex and detailed prints compared to the screen printing method, which has been a long-standing method in the industry. Screen printing involves creating stencils for each colour in the design, resulting in a more intricate setup process. The high-resolution printing capabilities of DTF ensure superior colour vibrancy and finer detailing. Additionally. DTF’s versatility allows for printing on a wide range of fabric types, enabling businesses to cater to diverse preferences.
Our Textile Print Offerings:
- Dye Sublimation Printing with Heatpress:
Our first offering involves using advanced printers to apply ink onto dye sublimation paper, which is then transferred to textiles using a heat press.
- Direct to Textile Printing:
This solution entails direct printing onto textiles using specialized printers. This eliminates the need for transfer papers, simplifying the process and reducing production time without compromising quality.
- Direct to Natural Textile Printing:
This unique solution is available only from GSW with it’s direct to natural textile printers which use pigment or reactive inks that have various pre and post coating equipments, such as the Mimaki TX3OO/18OO/MK2 or belt model.
- DTF Solutions:
GSW offers three essential machines that make up the DTF printing process.
- PRINTER: The Mimaki TX150-75 printer combines the reliability and print quality of Mimaki’s best-selling 150 series, with the simplicity of the direct-to-film process. Alternatively, the Eurotech DTF600 printer is another affordable option to start your DTF printing business.
- CURER & SHAKER: Our Eurotech DTF curer shaker integrates vinyl powder coating and drying into one machine.
- FLATPRESS: The Eurotech Flatpress is the final step in the DTF process, which transfers the design onto the fabric.
Apart from the revolutionary DTF solution, we also offer a range of other top-of-the-line textile printing solutions. The Mimaki TS Series boats unparalleled precision and colour reproduction, making it a top choice for businesses looking to produce high-quality textiles with intricate designs.
