Decal sets a new standard in environmentally friendly medias – products 100% PVC Free, including our SAV range, meaning they are completely solvent free and even food safe.

Environmental standards are extremely important to us here at DECAL. That is why we have developed our own innovative way of manufacturing wide format medias and self adhesive vinyls that don’t include ANY solvents whatsoever.

Innovation is what drives us to improve and invent new medias, for every ink type, to enhance our visual world. An example of this is our new over lamination process for UV LED printing which eliminates the “silvery” effect often seen on other medias. We also have a full range of  Latex medias for the emerging Decor and Interiors market.

Our media factory is the most modern in Europe. The 12,000 sq ft facility houses state-of-the-art equipment and uses the finest of European raw materials to manufacture high quality wide format media, self-adhesive vinyls, self-adhesive labels, overlaminates and wallcoverings.

To ensure we maintain the highest quality standards, each roll of media has a QR code printed the backliner, so should an issue occur in the field, this enables us to quickly trace batches, investigate chemistry and solve the issue, simply by scanning the QR code and raising a customer service ticket immediately.

This system of traceability is totally unique in the industry and reinforces our commitment to innovation and maintaining high quality standards.
