Sustainable and Reliable Production

Packed with market-proven Mimaki technologies.

Outstanding Reliability

The TxF150-75 combines the outstanding reliability and print quality of Mimaki’s best-selling 150 series with the simplicity of the direct-to-film (DTF) process.

This system offers the first branded solution for the decoration of apparel, sportswear, t-shirts, bags and more with the most demanding graphic details using the printing technique directly on the film.

What is DTF

DTF printing provides an easy and affordable process for decorating apparel, most commonly T-shirts. The design is initially printed directly onto a special transfer film, which is then sprinkled with hot-melt powder. Once heated and dried, the transfer sheet is ready to be applied to the fabric using a heat press.

Mimaki's Core Technologies for Stable Operation

MCT Version2
MCT enables circulation throughout the ink route, including the damper. This ensures stable white ink ejection, preventing frequent nozzle cleaning and ink waste.

NCU
NCU automatically checks for defective nozzles nd starts a cleaning cycle to recover them.

NRS
NRS automatically assigns operational nozzles when an outage is detected, enabling continuous production until a service personnel arrives

Reliable Mimaki Brand

Mimaki - One stop solution for printer, ink and RIP software provides the total support

Dependable Mimaki genuine heat transfer pigment ink PHT50

The aluminum pack for degassed ink implements stable ink ejection by reducing gas contamination of the ink and preventing nozzle defect. The use of plastic can be reduced compared to ink bottle, which also reduces environmental impact.

PHT50, Mimaki's first heat transfer water-based pigment ink is OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT certified, an international standard for the safety of textile products. PHT50 is a safe and secure ink that meet the criteria for ecologically responsible textile manufacture.

Comparison with silk screen, heat transfer rubber sheet, and DTG

Silk Screen Method

Requires the intensive process of plate creation. Difficult to print in full colour

Heat transfer rubber sheet method

Takes time for weeding

DTG(Direct to Garment) Method

Manual handling by the operator at every printing step.

DTF(Direct to Film) method

No plates needed. No weeding. Printing processes can be operated unattended.
