Fields of Application
• Application of UV-based lacquers for the protection and the enhancement of large format digital prints.
• Liquid coating of flexible and rigid materials with a thickness between 0,1 and 80 mm.

Design of the Machine
• Stable machine frame built with vibration absorbing cast-iron.
• Independent transport system mounted into the machine frame. For maintenance the transport system can be removed easily.
• Scraper blades, quickly exchangeable for cleaning.
• Separate, frequency-controlled direct drives for applying, doctor and transport roller.
• Chromium-plated doctor roller with a sensitive roller adjustment.

For the continuous application of primary coatings, base coats or protective lacquers for the upgrading of digitally printed media, using solvent-free UV lacquers and direct UV curing.

BioDome UV-Doming

BioDome (UV-Doming) is a solvent free and non hazardous 1 component raisin. It has very low smell and is einvironmentally friendly. The raisin is applied to the stickers with air pressure and with a measurement device. After the raisin has formed the dome over the media, it will be dried inside an UV oven, which is specifilally designed and developed for this application. As a result the drying time is a few minutes only.

 The built-in precision micro-switch detects when a label has been removed. Then, the next label is quickly and automatically fed forward, ready to remove. You’ll be able to apply labels much more quickly that ever before. A built-in LED display counts up or down, indicating how many labels you’ve applied or how many you have left.

The DX850e Label Dispenser automatically peels and presents self-adhesive labels one at a time. It replaces manual label peeling, making your production lines faster and more efficient.

DX850e is robust and reliable, assembled in the USA of heavy-duty sheet metal and machined steel. It is also one of the few label dispensers available with UL, UL-C, CE listings, FCC approval and RoHS compliance.

Pneumatic heat press with double heatig plates and moveable heating plate with automatic version of the plates by footpedal, equipped with hand security. Electronic and digital instruments with visual control of temperature and time, advice of eventual errors. Exchangeable under plates.

The Sport System enables continuos printing of single panels/ pieces or transfer printing in a more conventional roll to roll configuration.  Then images, which can vary form one to the other, are digitally printed onto a continuous roll of transfer paper and fed into the calendar print face up/ Then printed paper is presented to the operator over a horizontal table, with an area large enough to allow sufficient time for the single, pre cut or preformed item to be placed in register with the print. Then printed paper, the single  items and an overlaying protection paper are transported around the face of the calendar. After transfer printing the single panels/ pieces are transported, via a conveyor belt, to the front of the machine for collection.

Thanks to the ergonomic layout of the machine and its continuous process it’s possible to produce large volumes of individual panels, using less energy, with greater consistency and with fewer operators compared to a hand operated flatbed press. The unique Sport System makes it possible to transfer-print pre-cut single pieces of material at high speed with the use of normal continuous printed paper, reducing the digital printing cost. Because of strong reduced handling on the TC 81 Sport System, labour cost will be a fraction of the normal hand operated systems. The usage of “sticky”  paper will not be required to produce printed single items and an additional operator can be avoided.

Accurate control of temperature, web guide, web tension and blanket pressure result n high quality, exactly reproducible end products. This machine is standard equipped with: Aluminum winding shafts, fabric unwinder and tensioning device; unwinder and winder for printed paper; unwinder and winder for protection paper. in-feed table and J-box. Another feature is the built-in cooling down timer which will increase your production time considerably.
